I could have said that. I am a self imposed hermit and what could be more fun than playing with fabric while I'm alone. I love your pink and yellows together. I am always misplacing fabrics too so I can relate.Exuberantcolor/Wanda S Hansonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00064308660138307797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6518717340795257741.post-34851668461238586462008-03-17T19:01:00.000-07:002008-03-17T19:01:00.000-07:00pie - I have no life... that's how I have the time...pie - I have no life... that's how I have the time. I think what I really need is to give up my 9-5 job so I would have more time to work on projects and not feel so rushed on the weekends.

Stariel... don't tempt me!

zonda - no space is my big issue too. Lap/baby quilts are a little easier to handle, but it would be nice to have a big craft room.Rebelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12835352917180439099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6518717340795257741.post-69333688330952605242008-03-16T20:46:00.000-07:002008-03-16T20:46:00.000-07:00Lovely topper there. I think what overwhelms me is not having the room to lay it all out, no room at the back of my machine to properly machine quilt it..the list is endless...Wishing you better luck! :)Zondahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07477683230330326145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6518717340795257741.post-28195789714987882532008-03-16T19:19:00.000-07:002008-03-16T19:19:00.000-07:00Hmm... perhaps for the same reason that I knit way...Hmm... perhaps for the same reason that I knit way more pairs of socks than I can realistically wear?

But seriously - how many pairs of socks would I have to knit you to get a quilt? :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02261748017545683598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6518717340795257741.post-85497518039271229282008-03-16T18:04:00.000-07:002008-03-16T18:04:00.000-07:00Oh, and I also like the idea of yellow in the bord...Oh, and I also like the idea of yellow in the border. And you love curling up under a quilt that you made. You even like those first few stages of cutting up fabric and chain piecing little squares together.

Does that help?

Be strong, Rebel! The Craft can be cruel, but the frustrations and storage logistics always pass in time!Michael5000https://www.blogger.com/profile/10148584819327475239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6518717340795257741.post-50672521823768690922008-03-16T16:43:00.000-07:002008-03-16T16:43:00.000-07:00I often go through something similar, so I hear yo...I often go through something similar, so I hear you. About the yellow -- it MAKES the quilt! It really adds something. Maybe you could do a tiny inner border of it (to finish at 1/2" or so). I think that would really be striking and maybe you'd have enough fabric??? Good luck!
(Borders are my least favorite part to do -- no fun at all.)jovaliquiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04658198685121310571noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6518717340795257741.post-54197684218990443592008-03-16T15:45:00.000-07:002008-03-16T15:45:00.000-07:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
