Goin' deep

Deep V-neck that is.

It's just a pattern from the Patton's book, out of Patton's merino. Very easy knit, minimal finishing... and pretty warm. Which is good.... because it's SNOWING!!!

Looks nice and toasty, like something you might wear while eating snickerdoodles and drinking tea. ;)

Thanks... it is warm & toasty, but probably more fall-weather wear than winter. And Sue that sounds like a fantastic idea!!

Very nice! I have a (store-bought, unfortunately) vest in the same color that I'm always, always wearing to work. Just warm enough to keep me from freezing at the office, yet not so warm that I'm running around with a beet-read head and scaring the clients. You'll get lots of wear out of this one.

Oh I love that. I'm addicted to bland knitting.

And it's snowing here too!

Frankly, I've had enough of hand dyed wonders and acrobatic executions of lace and cables. A little simple beauty and warmth goes a long way with me. Just wonderful! It looks good on you!

We have snow at about 8000 ft. from all day rain on Friday. (I'm not kidding, it rained all day long. I know it's no big deal in Portland but here it happens maybe once every 3 years.)
